Yes. All in-home and virtual estimates are 100% FREE and no obligation.
Do you offer virtual estimates?
Yes. We offer virtual estimates for customers who prefer an online consultation before scheduling an in-home visit.
How do I get started with Floors Today?

Do you sell flooring without installation?
No. Floors Today provides full-service flooring solutions only, including product and professional installation.
Do you install flooring purchased elsewhere?
No. We install only flooring purchased directly through Floors Today to ensure quality control, warranty coverage, and installation standards.

What are your appointment hours?
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Appointments are scheduled in a 12-hour format.
Do all decision-makers need to be present?
Yes. We strongly recommend that all decision-makers be present during the appointment. This helps avoid confusion, delays, and the need for multiple visits.
How will my appointment be confirmed?
We send appointment confirmations and reminders via email and text message.
Do you provide a specific arrival time?
Yes. We provide a 2-hour arrival window for in-home appointments.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate scheduling changes.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer third-party financing through Flexiti.
Can I apply for Flexiti financing before my estimate?
Yes. You may apply before or after your estimate. Financing is handled entirely by Flexiti, and eligibility decisions are made by them.
How does the Flexiti financing process work?
You complete Flexiti’s application by providing the required personal information. Flexiti will then notify you whether you are approved or not. Floors Today does not control the approval decision.
Installation & Services
How soon can installation begin?
In most cases, installation begins the next business day, provided the product is in stock and acclimation requirements are met.
What is flooring acclimation and how long does it take?
Acclimation allows flooring to adjust to your home’s environment before installation.
Typical acclimation times:
Luxury Vinyl (LVP / SPC / WPC): 24–48 hours
Laminate Flooring: 48 hours
Engineered Hardwood: 48–72 hours
Solid Hardwood: 5–7 days (or longer if required)
Is furniture moving included?
Yes. Furniture moving is included as part of our standard installation service.
Do you remove existing flooring?
Yes. Old flooring removal is included in our all-inclusive service.
Is subfloor preparation included?
Yes. Subfloor preparation and minor repairs are included.
