You complete Flexiti’s application by providing the required personal information. Flexiti will then notify you whether you are approved or not. Floors Today does not control the approval decision.

 

Installation & Services

How soon can installation begin?

 

In most cases, installation begins the next business day, provided the product is in stock and acclimation requirements are met.

 

 

Acclimation allows flooring to adjust to your home’s environment before installation.

Typical acclimation times:

  • Luxury Vinyl (LVP / SPC / WPC): 24–48 hours

  • Laminate Flooring: 48 hours

  • Engineered Hardwood: 48–72 hours

  • Solid Hardwood: 5–7 days (or longer if required)

 

 

Yes. Furniture moving is included as part of our standard installation service.

 

 

Yes. Old flooring removal is included in our all-inclusive service.

 

 

Yes. Subfloor preparation and minor repairs are included.

What types of vinyl flooring do you offer?

 

We offer Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), SPC, and WPC vinyl flooring in a wide range of styles and finishes.

 

 

Yes. Vinyl flooring can be installed over concrete when proper preparation and moisture conditions are met.

 

 

In some cases, yes. Our specialists will assess your existing floor during the estimate.

Laminate Flooring FAQ"s

Where can laminate flooring be installed?

 

Laminate is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and other dry areas. Some water-resistant laminates may be suitable for kitchens.

 

 

Yes. Laminate can be installed on stairs using proper stair nosings and installation techniques.

 

 

In some cases, yes. Our team will confirm during your estimate.

 

 

AC ratings measure laminate durability. Higher AC ratings are suitable for higher traffic areas.

 

 

Use a dry or slightly damp mop and avoid excessive water or steam cleaners.

 

Hardwood Flooring FAQ's

What types of hardwood flooring do you offer?

 

We offer both Solid Hardwood and Engineered Hardwood flooring.

 

 

  • Solid Hardwood: Made from a single piece of wood; requires longer acclimation

  • Engineered Hardwood: Multi-layer construction for better stability

 

 

Solid hardwood can often be refinished. Engineered hardwood refinishing depends on the wear layer thickness.
